Q 1.If I wish to send the product as gift to another shipping address? How do I do?

Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at artbugindia@gmail.com with the address you want us to ship it to along with the order details and we will gift pack it and courier. And once shipped we will share the tracking details.

 

Q2. What if  there is no one to take the delivery and package is returned?

We sent notifications to customer on each and every step of order processing (packed, in-transit, out for delivery and delivered). In this scenario we request you to wait till the courier is receiving by us so that we could ship it back again to your address. 

 

Q 3. How long does it take to receive the order?

• Order Processing: We pride ourselves on efficiency. Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of placing it. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll share the tracking details with you via email or WhatsApp.

• Within India: For orders shipped within India, delivery times can vary depending on your location and the shipping company. On average, you can expect your order to arrive within 3–10 working days.

• Outside India: For our international customers, please allow up to 30 working days for your order to reach you. International shipping can take a bit longer due to customs processes and varying international shipping times.

Q4.Can I exchange the product? 

we understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. Here's our order modification and cancellation policy:

YOU CAN ONLY CANCLE BEFORE THE ORDER IS SHIPPED

• Cancellation Within 12 Hours: After placing your order, you have a 12-hour window during which you can cancel it, please give us a call immediately to inform us of your decision, and give the invoice details.

• Placing a New Order: It’s a MANUAL PROCESS. If you choose to cancel your initial order within the 12-hour window, you're welcome to place a new order for either the same item amount or one with a higher value.In this scenario we will raise a manual bill. If the new order exceeds the original order's amount, you'll need to make the additional payment of the remaining amount . Expedited Shipping: When you place a new order following a cancellation, the shipping time will get extended  by to 2-3 days.
